A REPRODUCIBLE guide is included with each series.

The "Insanity Principle" is described as doing the same thing, expecting different results, but getting the same results! Let go of the "Insanity Principle," advise the participants. And, unlearning "Stinking Thinking" requires a 180 degree turnaround.

4. Implementing Cognitive Change - Making it Permanent: Part I
The ex-offender participants share how the long, slow process of cognitive change can eventually lead to permanent change. They stress that you must be honest, have a sincere desire to change, set goals and have a plan to reach them.

5. Implementing Cognitive Change - Making it Permanent: Part II
"You can't go it alone and be successful," say the participants. A support group can make the difference. They also stress that cognitive change is a life-long process, hard, but worth it!

6. Ex-offenders Offer Insight and Advice
While everyone has their own journey to take on the way to permanent cognitive change, advice from those who have been there can help. Learn what the ex-offenders are doing now and how they give back by helping others along the way.
